Clinical Team

Jennifer Okemah,

Owner/Clinical Director

MS, RDN, CSSD, BC-ADM, CDCES

Jennifer has been a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist since 2005 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) since 2007. She has an additional certification as a Sports Specialist in Dietetics as well as being Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management. Her unique niche is fluid knowledge on all technology products approved for diabetes care by the FDA. She loves data! She has been a leader in her field in patient care, mentoring, serving as a preceptor, speaking, creating webinars, writing for nutrition and diabetes blogs as well as authoring scientific publications. But what she loves most is taking confusing, complex information and helping people make it usable for them to reach the health goals they set for themselves. When she is not in a clinic or office, she can be found on her bicycle training for a JDRF fundraising ride, paddleboarding on Lake Washington (year around), hiking, traveling the world or just reading a book with a nice glass of wine.

Jamie Kowatch,

Registered Dietitian / Diabetes Program Coordinator

MS, RDN, CDCES

As a Registered dietitian with personal experience with Diabetes, it is my goal to meet everyone where they are, within their own life and personal goals. I approach each individual with education specifically tailored to their needs; this allows me to individualize goals and healthcare management, and aid with patient-driven lifestyle and behavioral changes.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Jamie reading, doing nerdy things like playing video or board games, spending time with her chinchillas Mark & Basil, or enjoying a nice walk around Green Lake.

Judy Gregerson,

Medical Community Liaison/Marketing Manager

Judy has worked in medical marketing for 20 years and brings a diversified background from her employment with several large corporations. While at the NY Times, she developed a love for relationship building and understanding the needs of her customers. At the Syracuse Post Standard, she grew to love everything about communications and set out to find her niche in that world. She found it in medical marketing when she joined a medium-sized medical group as the head of their marketing department, bringing her marketing, advertising, direct mail, internet, and guerilla marketing as well as writing and editing skills to her work.

Her specialty is making one-on-one contact with providers and their staff, showing them the value of Saluté  Nutrition’s services for their patients with various medical issues. She believes that “you-centered” care allows every patient to choose the providers and care they need and want.

What Judy loves most is telling stories that entertain and educate her listeners. As a published author, she is usually writing a new book or researching for one in her spare time.
