Our Saluté Nutrition team proudly introduces the Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) Program to address all of your concerns and questions. The package includes postage to send either a Dexcom G7 or a FreeStyle Libre3, as well as set up information, data sharing guidance and a 30-minute virtual appointment for data
assessment.

Your CGM program includes:
*A 14 day Libre2 or Libre3 sensor or a 10 day Dexcom G7 sensor – subject to inventory and individual app access
*USPS postage with tracking number
*CGM virtual placement tutorial option
*CGM app set-up with individualized settings and data sharing
*30-minute virtual CGM data assessment session with a clinician, color pdf report or had a copy mailed

You must be able to download appropriate apps onto smartphone for the sensor to transfer data for you to see your blood sugars and for us to access the data. Please be sure this is possible before purchasing.
